Harvest Kitchen

Cooked Slowly, Enjoyed Fully

In the Harvest Kitchen we turn what the four acres give us into bread, broths, preserves, and tree-tapped syrup, made in small batches and never rushed.

The Harvest Kitchen supports our farm stand with familiar, carefully prepared food such as sourdough bread, blueberry jam, strawberry jam, and a changing selection of baked goods.

Availability changes with the season, the harvest, and the baking schedule. Visit the Farm Stand page for current product listings.

The Harvest Kitchen helps us make practical use of the season. Sourdough, baked goods and preserves take time, but they let us turn simple ingredients and farm harvests into food that can be enjoyed and shared. What we make changes with available ingredients, harvest timing and preparation schedules. Small-batch items may be offered through our Produce Stand, and checking availability before travelling is recommended.
